What is the difference between an JDM EF8 and EF9?

I have a 91 CRX and I'm trying to by a JDM front bumper, but I don't know what the difference between a EF8 and a EF9.

EF8 CRX

EF8 is a 2nd generation Crx with a b16A 1.6L engine.

EF9 is a 4th generation Civic with a b16A 1.6L engine
